At Strength & Stride, we are committed to providing high-quality personal training and running coaching services that help you achieve your fitness goals. This Refund Policy outlines how refunds and rescheduling work for our sessions and programs.
1. Bookings & Payments
All sessions, programs, and coaching packages must be booked and paid for in advance through our website or approved scheduling platform.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Sessions canceled at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled.

Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund.

Rescheduled sessions must be completed within a reasonable timeframe agreed upon with your trainer.
3. Packages / Multi-Session Programs

Unused sessions in a package can be rescheduled within 6 months of purchase.

Refunds for unused sessions will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances.
4. Digital Programs / Online Coaching

Any digital training programs, downloadable guides, or online coaching plans are non-refundable once accessed, due to the nature of digital content.
5. Special Circumstances

Refunds may be considered for medical reasons or emergencies with supporting documentation.
6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
