At Strength & Stride, we are committed to providing high-quality personal training and running coaching services that help you achieve your fitness goals. This Refund Policy outlines how refunds and rescheduling work for our sessions and programs.

 

 

 

 

1. Bookings & Payments

 

 

All sessions, programs, and coaching packages must be booked and paid for in advance through our website or approved scheduling platform.

 

 

 

 

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

 

  • Sessions canceled at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Rescheduled sessions must be completed within a reasonable timeframe agreed upon with your trainer.

 

 

 

 

 

3. Packages / Multi-Session Programs

 

 

  • Unused sessions in a package can be rescheduled within 6 months of purchase.

  • Refunds for unused sessions will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances.

 

 

 

 

 

4. Digital Programs / Online Coaching

 

 

  • Any digital training programs, downloadable guides, or online coaching plans are non-refundable once accessed, due to the nature of digital content.

 

 

 

 

 

5. Special Circumstances

 

 

  • Refunds may be considered for medical reasons or emergencies with supporting documentation.

 

 

 

 

 

6. Refund Processing Time

 

 

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
